 SHIPPING POLICY

Gone With The Ant is not responsible for shipments that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are reported as lost or stolen afterward.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are correct at the time of purchase. Estimated shipping and delivery dates provided at checkout are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier and are outside of our control.

If tracking information shows that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Gone With The Ant within 5 business days of the delivery confirmation. Claims reported after this period cannot be processed.

Avoiding Returns — Request Photos

We primarily use images from the Discogs database, as most sellers do, and those images correspond to the listed condition grading.
To avoid misunderstandings, buyers may request additional photos and/or videos via email prior to purchase.

Returns based on differences between the item and Discogs database images will not be accepted if the buyer requested and received additional photos and/or videos before completing the purchase.

Once the shipping process has begun, orders cannot be stopped or canceled.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY (UNITED STATES)

1. Domestic Shipping Price

Shipping costs include:

  • Postage

  • Proper packaging

  • Protective materials (e.g., padding, reinforced boxes)

All items are shipped in appropriate packaging with internal protection suitable for media products.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 48 business hours after payment confirmation via PayPal.
We are closed on Sundays and U.S. holidays. Orders placed on those days will be processed within 48 business hours once payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery Time

Domestic delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days after the tracking number is provided.
Delivery times are estimates only and depend entirely on the carrier.

If tracking shows delivery but the item has not arrived, buyers must contact Gone With The Ant within 5 business days of the delivery confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

​

1. International Shipping Price

International shipping costs include:

  • Postage

  • Proper packaging

  • Protective materials

Buyers are fully responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

International shipping rates are estimated using USPS pricing and may vary.
If the final shipping cost exceeds 15% of the estimated amount shown on Discogs, the order will be canceled. The buyer will be notified and may choose to repurchase at the updated rate.

Gone With The Ant does not undervalue or falsify customs declarations. Doing so is illegal.

2. International Order Processing Time

International orders are processed within 48 business hours after payment confirmation via PayPal.
We are closed on Sundays and U.S. holidays.

3. International Delivery Time

Estimated international delivery time is 5 to 15 business days after the tracking number is provided.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local postal services and are outside of our control.

If tracking indicates delivery but the item has not arrived, buyers must contact Gone With The Ant within 5 business days of delivery confirmation.

AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION POLICY

​

Orders will be automatically canceled if payment is not received within 4 days of purchase.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted within 5 days of confirmed delivery only for items that are:

  • Physically defective

  • Audibly defective

  • Damaged during transit

Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and assumes full responsibility for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.

Return Requirements

All returns must include a written description of the defect, clearly explaining the issue.
For example, if an LP is returned due to surface noise, the buyer must specify:

  • Side

  • Track

  • Approximate timestamp

Returns lacking sufficient detail may be denied.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund including original shipping cost will be issued.
Return shipping must be sent via USPS Media Mail, unless otherwise instructed.

Returned items must be shipped back within 5 days of the return request, and the tracking number must be provided. Failure to do so will void the return and refund.

Please allow up to one week after receipt of the returned item for the refund to be processed.
